MoW #011 Results

Masters of Wrestling drops into Virginia Beach, VA as the final stop on the way to the “Open Fight Night” supershow!

The show opened with Cole Arcane battling MoW’s newest competitor, Dr. Insidious. Insidious got the advantage in the opening minutes of the match following a stealthy thumb to Arcane’s eye. Arcane fought back and had Insidious reeling but “Local Legend” Danny Miller arrived at ringside with a garbage can. Miller smashed the garbage can into Arcane repeatedly, causing a disqualification. Miller mocked Arcane.

Larry Loudmouth welcomed Mark Blood and Tracy Blood to ringside to talk about their upcoming cage match against Jax Rivers and Cate Stiles. Mark said that a simple contest of who were the best wrestlers in the world has gotten out of hand. Rivers is so obsessed with believing he is the best in the world, he has become unhinged. Tracy said the attacks have been over the top. She said everyone always knew Cate Stiles was a terrible person, but she is so good at what she does everyone got behind her. Now, that is all over. Tracy said everyone sees Stiles for the violent, heartless monster she is. Mark said that he and Tracy well step into the cage and use the environment to its fullest to silence Stiles and Rivers.

MoW Champion Maria Estrella and Lucia Mendez teamed up to face Witchmere and Shannon Worth in an aggressive tag match. Witchmere entered the ring with a purpose, domination. Estrella tagged in Mendez who came out of the corner with fire but Witchmere soon stopped her and continued dominating the match. All the while, Shannon Worth was standing on the ring apron itching to get into the match. Witchmere crushed Mendez into the mat and was slapped on the shoulder by Mendez, tagging herself in. Worth dove on top of Mendez and picked up the pinfall victory for her and Witchmere. Witchmere was enraged by Worth’s actions and immediately attacked her. Estrella and Mendez made the save. Witchmere stared down both women before smirking and leaving the ring. She pointed to Estrella and motioned that she wanted the MoW Championship.

Andre Jordan came to the ring, alone, and in street clothes. He said he is not running and challenged MoW Champion Snarl to meet him in the ring for a fight. Snarl appeared and brawled with Jordan briefly before throwing him over the ropes to the floor. Jordan escaped toward the backstage area and Snarl followed. Backstage, Snarl had Jordan cornered but was hit from behind with a baseball bat by Claudia Winter. Jordan assaulted Snarl and threw him down a flight of steps. Jordan checked to make sure Snarl was out of commission but learned the hard way the champion is tougher than that. Snarl got to his feet and attacked Jordan. Winter once again attacked but Snarl threw her away from him. Her interference helped, giving Jordan an opportunity to suplex Snarl onto the concrete floor. Snarl was knocked out and bleeding from the head. Jordan and Winter fled as officials appeared to check on Snarl.

A special video was shown. Jax Rivers stood at the front door of a large house in the Hollywood Hills. He said that he and Cate Stiles have moved into a home fit for their stature and invited the camera crew to join him poolside. As they approached the pool, Stiles swam to the steps, got out, and sat down in a lounge chair. Rivers kissed her and stood behind the chair. Rivers said that Mark Blood has always had a big head and thought of himself as the best wrestler in the world, but he has always been wrong. He said Blood as never won a world title. Rivers has won two. Blood has never been able to step out of his father’s shadow. Rivers’ shadow covers the entire industry. Stiles said that Tracy Blood failed at MMA, started out well enough in “the family business” but faltered. Now, everyone knows she is not cut out for wrestling, either. Stiles threw out her hands and said the world can take one look at her and Jax Rivers and see what greatness is. The world looks at the Blood children as the sad tarnishing of their father’s legacy. In the cage, they will end the Blood family and save what little dignity the name still carries.

Aurora Starkey was in action against Mysterie. Mysterie had a few near falls but Starkey powered through the latter part of the match, winning by pinfall. Following the match, Starkey was interviewed by Larry Loudmouth. Starkey said she has been conveniently forgotten lately but will make sure that going forward no one will ever forget her again.

As Aurora Starkey walked away, Larry Loudmouth was joined by Killer Malone and Marty Anderson. Loudmouth asked about Malone and Anderson’s attack on The Navigators. Anderson said they needed to make a statement. They are not fooling around and are coming for the MoW Team Titles. Malone said The Navigators got put on notice last time. He and Anderson are taking the titles away. This brought out The Navigators who said they like to make their statements face to face. Aidan North said he always respected Malone and Anderson, but that respect is gone. North said they will show them what it means to be real champions. Pete Arrow lays down a belt and says if they want a shot at the titles, they only needed to ask. All four men climbed into the ring.

The MoW Team Titles were put on the line with Marty Anderson and Killer Malone challenging The Navigators. Both teams showed real fire, but the match only lasted a few minutes before the fight went to the outside and became an absolute brawl! The referee called the match a double countout. The bell ringing did not stop the fight on the outside, which continued into the crowd, and to the backstage area as the show ended.
