Welcome to the first edition of The Ring Report, Masters of Wrestling’s look at what is happening in the ring now and where it is headed next. There is a lot to talk about so let us get started!
News
West Coast Road Tour Announced
Masters of Wrestling is headed to the west coast for the next set of shows that will culminate with a super show.
The tour will begin with a show in Las Vegas. From there, MoW visits Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, and a final stop in Seattle for our supershow, “The Battle in Seattle.”

Snarl and the MoW Championship
Snarl returned to MoW and was awarded the MoW Championship. Since then, the wrestling legend has stood atop the mountain as a confident champion. That may be changing. Jax Rivers has been gunning for him and another wrestling legend, Johnny Young, has entered MoW with intentions of winning the title. Rivers and Young have been battling over who will be number one contender and both are confident they will defeat Snarl. This has caused Snarl to go on the offensive, attacking both men. The question on everyone’s mind is whether Snarl is feeling the pressure as a defending champion or if he is sending a message that he should not be taken lightly.
Cate Stiles’ Mindset
Cate Stiles has been one of the most popular wrestlers in the world and her star continues to shine brighter. There has been a change in Stiles since coming to MoW, however. Where she once was laser focused on being a world champion, she has been more focused on personal grudges. Her latest target has been Kami King. Stiles broke King’s leg following their first encounter. King sided with Stiles’ enemies, Mark and Tracy Blood, and this infuriated Stiles. Why is Cate Stiles so hung up on King and why is she not going after the MoW Championship?
Claudia Winter’s Influence in MoW
One woman has had more impact on MoW than any other. Claudia Winter appeared on the scene, began managing Andre Jordan, and quickly propelled him to a title match against Snarl. More recently, Winter has tried to convince former MoW Champion Maria Estrella to hire her. Estrella has been been hesitant thus far, but Winter has worked hard for her anyway. Thanks to Winter’s influence, Estrella is headed back into the title picture when she challenges Aurora Starkey for the MoW Championship. Winter’s methods have been questionable but there is no doubt that Maria Estrella is in a better position than she was before Winter’s involvement. Will Estrella be on her own when she challenges Aurora Starkey, or will Claudia Winter be in her corner?
Cole Arcane and Dr. Insidious Collision Course
Dr. Insidious recently came onto the MoW scene and has shown that he lives up to his name. He interfered in Cole Arcane’s Barrel Match against “Local Legend” Danny Miller and later attacked announcer Larry Loudmouth. Arcane is looking to stop Dr. Insidious and the two are sure to pull no punches when they collide in Las Vegas.
Mark Blood Returns
Mark Blood has not been seen lately. Why? Well, the veteran wrestler hopped on a plane and headed across the Pacific to compete in Japan. His appearance for Akira Kusanagi’s Honor Pro Wrestling saw him step into the ring against HPW Grand Champion and longtime Blood family friend, Dan Masters. Blood defeated Masters in a non-title match, earning him a title shot. Masters wrestled Blood to a time limit draw. While Blood has expressed interest in returning to Japan, he is back in MoW and will be on the west coast tour!
Tensions Between Kami King and Tracy Blood
Kami King has had her hands full with Cate Stiles, but this feud has caused problems between King and her friend Tracy Blood. Blood has shown concern for King’s wellbeing against Stiles which has caused King to call out Blood as being overprotective. King gave a stern warning to Blood to stay out of her business. Is Tracy Blood being overprotective or is Kami King overreacting? Another clash between King and Stiles seems inevitable. Will Blood get involved or will she respect her friend’s wishes?
A Hot Tag Team Division
MoW Team Champions, The Navigators, have been extremely popular since the relaunch of MoW. After defeating The Bomb Squad for the titles, they have stayed on top of the division. The Bomb Squad fell out of competition when Bobby Bombay was injured but Terry Bombay has since formed a new tag team with John Austin Baker. These roughneck southerners quickly made an impact and will meet The Navigators in exhibition at the Las Vegas show. Both teams are watching their backs, however, as the reunited team of Killer Malone and Marty Anderson are lurking the shadows, waiting for their moment to strike. Expect a busy tag team division during the west coast tour. Who will end up on top?
