“The Battle in Seattle” is almost here. This is what you need to know going into the big supershow.
Mark Blood recently competed against Honor Pro Wrestling Grand Champion Dan Masters in HPW’s home turf of Japan. Masters, a former student of Mark’s father, arrived in MoW to challenge Blood to a rematch to see who the better wrestler is. Mark Blood and Dan Masters are set to compete one-on-one.
Cate Stiles and Kami King have been at war in one of the hottest feuds in MoW. Stiles has promised to finish off King for good and the two will meet in an I Quit match.
Stiles and King are not the only ones at each others’ throats. Cole Arcane has been locked in a death grip with Dr. Insidious. There has been no end in sight for the animosity between these two. Jax Rivers wanted a marquee match at “The Battle in Seattle” and MoW management has given him one. Rivers was surprised to learn that he will be meeting a MoW Original, Tex, in singles action.
The Navigators are holding strong as MoW Team Champions, but new challengers are closing in from all sides. The ever-opportunistic team of Marty Anderson and Killer Malone are gunning for the titles. Meanwhile, Southern Aggression, a team The Navigators mistook as allies, have made their intentions of becoming champions clear. The Navigators decided to take on both teams and the MoW Team Championships will be defended in a triple threat match.
Maria Estrella defeated Aurora Starkey to regain the MoW Championship, but her victory came thanks to support from Claudia Winter. Estrella has denied that she is working with Winter but after Starkey was attacked backstage, even Estrella’s friend, Lucia Mendez, is questioning her allegiances. Aurora Starkey has returned and is determined to become MoW Champion once again. Aurora Starkey challenges Maria Estrella for the MoW Championship.
Johnny Young has been looking to become MoW Champion since he first stepped into the MoW ring. Meanwhile, Snarl has been a dominant champion who has only gotten more vicious as challengers line up to face him. Young has vowed to defeat Snarl, but the champion has no intention of giving up his place on top of the mountain. Johnny Young steps into the ring against Snarl for the MoW Championship.
