Tension was at an all-time high as Masters of Wrestling arrived in Albuquerque, NM.

The show opened with “Badlands” Bill Stanton and The Convict calling out Balance and Ridge for a match. Balance and Ridge accepted and both teams put on a high energy tag team match. Stanton and the Convict slowed the pace with heavy-handed strikes and slams. Ridge made a comeback and knocked The Convict off his feet with an enziguri before turning up the intensity to high and hitting a relentless attack of the ropes. Balance tagged in and continued the attack, nearly picking up a pin before it was broken up by Stanton. The Convict headbutted Balance and tagged in Stanton. Stanton pounded on Balance until Balance dodged a clothesline in the corner and fought back strong. Balance and Ridge worked together with quick tags and high risk moves before Balance planted Stanton with a double arm DDT and Ridge followed up with a shooting star press. Ridge covered for the pin giving he and Balance the victory.

Andre Jordan was backstage, slamming his fists on tables, knocking cups of water out of peoples’ hands, and pushing production staff out of his way. Jordan saw the camera catching the action and walked up to it. Jordan said Hardcore Adam had no business getting into the ring last week. Jordan challenged Adam to come back to MoW next week and meet him in the ring, one-on-one.

Kami King came down to the ring for a match but instead of her opponent coming out, the lights in the arena went dark. After a tense moment, the lights came back on and a man wearing John Austin Baker’s attire and wearing a Dr. Insidious mask was in the ring. He began to stalk after King. The real John Austin Baker ran down to ringside and attacked the imposter, who turned out to be Dr. Insidious himself. The two rivals brawled in the ring before taking the fight to the outside. Insidious got in a few shots on Baker but Baker was so enraged, he was relentless in his attack. Baker slammed Insidious onto the floor, into the ring post, through the announce table, and onto the steel steps. A wounded Dr. Insidious struggled to move but Baker was not finished. Baker proceeded to piledrive Insidious onto the steel steps three times. After a long moment staring at Insidious, motionless on the floor, Baker began to leave. King stopped him and then embraced him in a hug. Baker gently pushed her away and walked off, leaving King behind.

Lucia Mendez was in action against Mysterie. Mendez came out strong from the bell, attacking Mysterie quick and often. Mysterie made a short comeback but Mendez dodged a moonsault, caught Mysterie in a triangle hold, and forced her to submit. Mendez grabbed a microphone after the match, promoting herself as the best woman on the MoW roster and promised that Aurora Starkey’s reign as MoW Champion was ending. This prompted Starkey to come down to the ring in response. Starkey said that Mendez had been talking a big game lately and said she was ready to throw down if Mendez wants to try and walk the walk. Mendez looked like she was going to lock up with Starkey but then backed down, saying she would rather wait until she gets a proper title match before wasting her energy on a fight.

Larry Loudmouth invited MoW Team Champions, Killer Malone and Marty Anderson, to the ring. Anderson talked about the respect they have for the Mow Team Championships and the legacy they represent as the champions. Malone said they are fighting champions and will defend the titles with everything they have. Malone said The Bomb Squad questioned their legitimacy as champions and promised to show them firsthand the kind of champions they are. The Bomb Squad came down to the ring to interrupt. Terry Bombay said Malone and Anderson can talk about representing a legacy but he and his brother, Bobby, were a tag team long before either one of them ever stepped into a wrestling ring. Bobby said they will recapture the MoW Team Championships and show the world what real champions look like. Terry told Malone and Anderson to let them know the time and place for them to swing by and take the titles. The Bomb Squad laughed as they left Malone and Anderson in the ring.

Two rivals stepped into the ring for the main event match as Snarl and Cole Arcane met in singles competition. Snarl dominated Arcane in the opening minutes with a barrage of attacks. Arcane blocked a suplex and countered with a DDT. Arcane fought back against Snarl before clotheslining the legend over the ropes to the floor. Arcane followed and the match became a brawl on the outside. Snarl tossed Arcane into the air, pancaking him on the floor mats. Arcane used the barricade to pull himself to his feet but was tackled by Snarl, sending both men through the barricade and into the crowd. Snarl managed to crawl into the ring just in time to beat the ten count, and the referee awarded Snarl a countout victory.

Mark and Tracy Blood came out to the ring to address their feud with the Rapid Fire Rebellion. Mark admitted that Tracy and he were wounded, both physically and mentally, but vowed to continue fighting until the RFR was eradicated. Tracy said they have been backstabbed by The Rebel and now do not know who to trust, leaving them outnumbered. Tracy said they love MoW, the MoW fans, and despite the odds, they will not quit. Mark was about to speak again when he was interrupted by the patriarch of the Blood family, MoW icon, Mike Blood!

Mike joined his children in the ring and told them he admired their fighting spirit. He said Mark and Tracy may feel they have no one left to trust but he has found a partner for them. Mike looked toward the arena entrance while everyone waited. After a long moment, he turned around and said their new partner was himself. Mike said he may not be a young man anymore, but he would never betray his own family and his heart still bleeds MoW. He promised to give them everything he can help them defeat RFR. The Blood family embraced in the ring, but their moment was cut short when RFR, The Rebel, MoW Champion Rex Anarchy, and Witchmere, came down to the ring.

The Rebel was livid, berating Mike Blood for getting involved. A brawl quickly broke out between both sides. RFR began to get the upper hand until Tracy blasted Witchmere with a head kick, followed up by another head kick to Anarchy. Mark caught Anarchy and scooped him up for a tombstone piledriver. The Rebel, outnumbered, began to back down but was unceremoniously removed from the ring by Mike Blood. The Blood family stood tall in the MoW ring while RFR collected themselves on the outside.
