The Masters of Wrestling fall season continued in Billings, Montana.
A Bad Deed Never Goes Unpunished
MoW Commissioner Tiger Johnson entered the ring to start the show. Johnson wanted to address the altercation between The Diamond Peak and Jessie Vega, leading to a situation that caused Maria Estrella to forfeit her number one contender opportunity to Shannon Worth. Johnson called Maria Estrella and The Diamond Peak members Claudia Winter and Shannon Worth to the ring.
Johnson was stern in his judgment and promised The Diamond Peak would face heavy consequences, and possibly termination, because of their attack on Jessie Vega. Johnson also reinstated Estrella as the number one contender for the MoW Championship.
Estrella stopped Johnson and asked that her decision to forfeit the number one contender spot stand. Johnson was confused and asked why. Estrella said that Winter had been a thorn in her side for two years and despite all they had been through, Winter continues to torment her. Estrella said that she will give up her number one contender spot to Shannon Worth, but in exchange Estrella wanted Winter in a steel cage match at Final Round.
Winter looked to Worth and after a brief discussion, Winter began to accept the terms of the deal. Estrella cut her off and added one additional stipulation. If Claudia Winter loses, she must leave MoW.
Winter refused, but Johnson cut in and suggested that Winter accept the match and try to save her career or else he may fire the entire Diamond Peak anyway. Winter reluctantly agreed, making it official: Shannon Worth would now face MoW Champion Cate Stiles at Final Round while Claudia Winter fought for her career in a steel cage match against Maria Estrella.
A Somewhat Gracious Defeat
Kami King approached Paisley Alden backstage and congratulated Alden on her win in their match last week. Alden thanked King and said it was a nice gesture. King stopped Alden from saying anything further and wanted to make sure Alden knew it was a fluke win. Alden said she could do it again and King dared her to prove it.
Jax Rivers Has Had Enough
Kimberly Kennedy was backstage interviewing Jax Rivers about being stalked by Dr. Insidious. Rivers said he was sick of the games and wanted Dr. Insidious to show himself next week so they can settle whatever issue Insidious had with him. Kennedy asked Rivers what he would do if Dr. Insidious showed up. Rivers told Kennedy to wait and see.
Kami King vs. Paisley Alden
Paisley Alden looked to repeat history and defeat Kami King in this action-packed rematch. Alden hit King with a continuous strikes, causing King to stay on the defensive. King found an opening and made a short comeback but a clothesline over the ropes sent King to the outside.
Alden leaped onto the top rope and dove off onto King. King was down, but Alden appeared to injure her knee. Despite the damage, Alden pushed on and continued her attack on King outside the ring. King reversed an Irish whip to the steel steps, sending Alden crashing into them instead.
King brought the action back into the ring and was in control until Alden stopped a sunset flip by dropping down on King, nearly securing a pin. Alden tried to capitalize but her knee buckled trying for a suplex. King took advantage and hit Alden with a superkick moments later. King pinned Alden for the victory.
A Stone in the Road
Tracy Blood came to the ring to address her future in MoW. Blood said she was coming for the MoW Championship despite the current complications around the number one contender. Blood blamed Alexandra Morgan for getting in the way of receiving the rematch with MoW Champion Cate Stiles that she deserved.
This brought out NCSF’s Alexandra Morgan, who criticized Blood for having to find someone to blame. Blood scolded Morgan for speaking to her like that, but Morgan told her to grow up. Blood threw her microphone, kicked off her high heels, and got in Morgan’s face. Morgan pushed Blood away, Blood went for a head kick, Morgan dodged, and suplexed Blood.
Blood hit the mat and rolled to the floor, holding her neck as she cursed out Morgan, who looked ready to fight.
The Truth
MoW Champion Cole Arcane came to the ring to address Mark Blood’s allegations that he had a criminal juvenile record and was in a dangerous street gang. Arcane admitted he had a hard childhood, and made bad decisions. Arcane also admitted that what Blood said about him was true, he had been arrested for burglary, and he did hang around with rough crowds.
Arcane said those were dark days, but he worked hard to better himself and worked hard to earn his place as the MoW Champion. Arcane left his past behind him and promised himself he would never be that person again.
Arcane did admit that stalking the streets made him a dangerous man when provoked, and Mark Blood made the worst mistake of his life. Arcane challenged Blood to a fight.
Mark Blood came down to the ring but before agreeing to a fight, he said he wanted it to be a match for the MoW Championship. Arcane agreed and looked ready to pounce, but Tiger Johnson interrupted. Johnson announced that the match would happen, but would be the main event at next week’s show.
Andre Jordan and Snarl w/Lucia Mendez vs. The Navigators (Aidan North and Pete Arrow)
The main event was a tag team match between two of the teams in MoW.
Jordan showed off his athletic prowess against both Navigators and generated a lot of momentum for his team. Jordan tagged in Snarl, who locked up with fellow big man Arrow. Arrow got the better of the MoW legend and started to turn the match in The Navigators’s favor.
North tagged in and continued where Arrow left off. North tried for a springboard splash while running off the ropes but Snarl caught him and whipped him to the mat with a powerslam. Snarl used several brutal strikes and slams before tagging in Jordan.
North surprised Jordan with a neckbreaker and tagged in Arrow. Arrow came into the ring with pent up energy and cleared the ring, knocking Jordan through the ropes and hitting Snarl on the apron with a drop kick. Jordan and Snarl stormed back into the ring causing a four man brawl that took the referee time to get back in control.
Arrow was thrown with a belly to belly suplex by Jordan, who immediately tagged in Snarl. Snarl powerbombed Arrow while Jordan blocked North. Snarl pinned Arrow to win the match.
Andre Jordan and Snarl celebrated with Lucia Mendez in the ring. Without warning, The Lost Ones, MoW Team Champions, attacked Jordan, Snarl, and Mendez from behind. Mysterie subdued Mendez, Giant Wraith and Grave double chokeslammed Jordan.
Snarl’s friends were down and were unable to even the odds as Grave and Giant Wraith pounded on him before dragging him to a corner. Grave handcuffed Snarl to a turnbuckle. Snarl was forced to watch as The Lost ones brutally beat down Jordan and Mendez.
The Lost Ones left the ring just as Snarl broke the handcuffs. Snarl hurried to his fallen friends as medical staff rushed the ring. The Lost Ones watched from a distance before leaving.
