Alexandra Morgan vs. Kami King
The show opened with Alexandra Morgan and Kami King in singles action. Morgan overpowered King in the early minutes of the match but a blocked body slam allowed King begin an offense of her own.
King rocked Morgan with kicks to her body and submissions that wore down on her back and shoulders. King used a back suplex and tried for a pin but Morgan kicked out. King continued her offense until Morgan powered out of an armbar and slammed King with a submission.
Morgan and King traded offense in a tense climax. King stunned Morgan with a whip into a turnbuckle and went for a superkick. Morgan dodged the superkick, responded with a spinning side slam, and pinned King to win the match.
Meghan DeWitt vs. Yurei
Yurei was in the ring in anticipation for a match against Meghan DeWitt and found that DeWitt had come prepared with a new look and fighting style. DeWitt came to the ring wearing MMA gear and wasted no time showing Yurei that she had been training in martial arts.
DeWitt used takedowns on Yurei and struck with kicks that rocked the Japanese star. Yurei fought off DeWitt long enough to take a breather and looked impressed at DeWitt’s new approach. DeWitt came at Yurei for more attacks but Yurei refocused and crushed her with a spear.
DeWitt struggled to catch her breath before Yurei began to inflict heavy blows and rough slams to her. Yurei tried for several pins but DeWitt continued to kick out. Yurei had DeWitt lined up for another spear but DeWitt leapfrogged over her and grabbed her from behind with a cobra clutch. Yurei struggled to break free but DeWitt sealed her fate by locking her legs around Yurei’s waist and pulling her to the mat. Yurei was forced to submit. Meghan DeWitt picked up the win in an upset victory.
Siobhan Wild vs. Sheena
Siobhan Wild was no stranger to Sheena from their time together in Wildheart Wrestling Club. Wild hit Sheena fast and ran the ropes from all sides to keep Sheena disoriented. Wild floored Sheena with a flat back dropkick which only caused Sheena to get angry. Sheena caught Wild’s cross body block and crushed her to the mat with a powerslam.
Sheena dominated Wild before throwing her into a corner and blasting her with a big boot. Sheena covered for a pin to win the match.
Following her victory, Sheena said she came to MoW to crush everyone woman backstage and challenged anyone who thought they could beat her to come meet her face to face. Alexandra Morgan answered the call. Two of MoW’s most powerful women looked set for a showdown.
Oleg Azarov vs. Rus Samson
Oleg Azarov and Rus Samson battled each other and a test of strength and endurance in a match that shook the ring with every slam. Azarov started to build momentum against the larger Samson and tried to end it early with a neckbreaker. Samson fought out of the neckbreaker attempt and shoulder blocked Azarov in return.
Samson threw Azarov off the ropes and threw him with a back body drop that sent Azarov crashing from over seven feet in the air. Samson continued to break down Azarov and though Azarov made a late match comeback, Samson was able to get Azarov into the torture rack submission. Azarov was forced to submit. Rus Samson was declared the winner and shared a handshake with Azarov following the match.
Kagero Sato vs. Dezzy Nightshade
Kagero Sato made her MoW debut against Dezzy Nightshade. Nightshade surprised Sato early on and maintained an offense that tested the Japanese star’s endurance. Sato broke free of a suplex and locked Nightshade in a choke submission. Nightshade broke free but Sato had the advantage and began methodically attacking Nightshade’s back.
Tracy Blood wandered into the arena and watched the match with curiosity from the aisle. Blood watched as Sato build more offense before nailing Nightshade with a flying knee. Nightshade began to stand back up but Sato came from behind and locked her up with an octopus hold. Nightshade submitted and Sato won the match.
Kagero Sato celebrated in the ring while Tracy Blood continued to watch from the aisle. Sato noticed Blood and locked eyes with her. Blood stared at Sato before leaving ringside. Sato watched her before continuing to celebrate among the fans.
Lucia Mendez vs. Mysterie
The main event saw Lucia Mendez looking for revenge after a sneak attack by Mysterie on the most recent episode of MoW Horizon.
Mendez and Mysterie traded offense in the early minutes of the match until Mysterie hit Mendez with an enziguri. Mysterie used the ropes to her advantage, hitting Mendez fast with high risk moves. Mendez was thrown to the outside following a flying head scissors and barely had time to recover before Mysterie dove over the ropes on top of her.
Mysterie showed her vicious side as she slammed Mendez’s head into the steel steps and whipped her into the barricade. Mysterie tried for a cannonball dive on Mendez but Mendez ducked causing Mysterie to crash into the barricade. Mendez found a second wind and took the fight to Mysterie back in the ring.
Mendez built up momentum and looked ready go for a triangle chokehold but Mysterie slipped free and cracked Mendez with a headbutt. Mendez was dazed and Mysterie capitalized before climbing the turnbuckle and using a corkscrew splash. Mysterie covered for the win and defeated Mendez to win the main event and close out the show.
