A new contender for the MoW Wildheart Championship emerges, Snarl looks for an answer to his challenge, and Hardcore Adam has a major announcement for the MoW fans.

Barred from Entry

The show began with Rex Anarchy trying to enter the building but was blocked by security. MoW Commissioner Tiger Johnson approached Anarchy and told him that he and Cole Arcane were barred from the arena while a decision is made about what to do with them and their constant fighting.

Pierre Laurent w/Claudia Winter vs. Preston Montgomery

The Diamond Peak’s continued thorn in their side, Preston Montgomery, met Pierre Laurent in singles action. The former championship tag team knew each other well making the match full of blocks and reversals until Montgomery charged ahead with a strong offense.

Laurent sensed he was in trouble and begged Winter for help. Winter tried to coach Laurent but he was insistent. Winter found an opportunity to distract the referee while Laurent hit Montgomery with a low blow and rolled him up for a pin. The referee missed the illegal move and counted Montgomery to the mat for three count, awarding the match to Laurent.

Pierre Laurent was proud of his win and while Claudia Winter stood next to him, she appeared frustrated.

Kill the Deal

A distraught Andre Jordan confronted Tiger Johnson backstage and told Johnson he was done with Paul Priest’s arrangement and wanted him to release Lucia Mendez from her agreement to work in Priest’s strip club. Johnson sympathized with Jordan but stressed that Mendez was the one who agreed to the deal. Jordan was done accepting the situation.

“I can’t do this anymore, man. I’ve seen the same videos everyone else has. Lucia needs to get out of there. I need her back. If you can’t kill the deal, then I’m going there and I’m bringing her home.” -Andre Jordan

Johnson told Jordan he was forbidden from getting involved by the terms of the deal, but understood, and told Jordan he would not stand in his way.

Reaching High

A giggling Lost Cause approached MoW Team Champions The Door backstage. Malcom and Richter looked at the group with disgust while Cool Spencer and Rus Samson tried to get serious. Spencer cleared his throat and explained that he and Samson wanted a title shot from The Door. Richter was direct in his response.

“You. You two want a title shot? Against us? Hell no. Why would we be seen in the ring with the likes of you? Are you too high to make rational decisions? Get out of our faces and go back to playing hacky sack or whatever it is you do to pass the time.” -Richter

Alexandra Morgan insisted they were serious contenders but The Door scoffed and walked away.

A Complaint Has Been Filed

Tiger Johnson called a meeting with Killer Malone and Mikey Armstrong. Johnson sighed and informed Malone that Armstrong filed a complaint with MoW concerning Malone punching him a few weeks ago and has asked for Malone to apologize. Malone looked at Armstrong with disgust and called the whole situation ridiculous.

“I agree. It is ridiculous. This isn’t how I like to deal with things but I am required to come up with a solution to this disagreement. So here’s my solution. Next week, I see Killer Malone vs. Mikey Armstrong in the ring. Sound good? Good.” -Tiger Johnson

Armstrong looked mortified. Malone cracked his knuckles, smiled, and walked off.

MoW Wildheart Championship Number One Contender Match

Aurora Starkey vs. Tracy Blood vs. Mysterie vs. Chez Everett vs. Mia Mercury vs. Meghan DeWitt

The next contender for the MoW Wildheart Championship was determined in a wild six woman match.

Former Wildheart Wrestling Club tag team partners Mia Mercury and Meghan DeWitt teamed up for a time until Mysterie and Tracy Blood split them apart. Mysterie used a shooting star press on Mercury following a high flying exchange while DeWitt and Blood traded kicks until Blood hit DeWitt with a head kick.

The match continued with numerous pin attempts but the number of competitors made securing victory difficult. DeWitt sent Aurora Starkey out of the ring with a flying knee but had little time to capitalize before Chez Everett cleared the ring.

Blood climbed the top rope after Mysterie and superplexed her to the mat before pinning her to win the match and become the next challenger for Kassidy Fortune.

Just a Fan?

Kimberly Kennedy was backstage with Jessie Vega and Maria Estrella to talk to Vega about her return to MoW. Vegas confirmed she was back after her successful music tour earlier this year.

“I know you all missed me and I missed you! I can’t wait to get back into the mix and make MoW even better.” -Jessie Vega

The interview concluded and Mary Jane Elder approached Vega, expressing her appreciation of Vega’s music and called herself a fan.

Vega questioned Estrella who Elder was. Estrella had no idea and asked Elder who let her backstage and whether she bought a meet and greet. Elder was left embarrassed as Vega and Estrella walked away while grumbling about lax security.

Setting the Stage for Final Round

Cate Stiles came down to the ring to address her upcoming title opportunity against MoW Champion Shannon Worth. Stiles directed her words toward the champion and criticized the champion hitting her from behind last week. Stiles considered the attack a lack of confidence from the champion.

“No matter what you do to me I refuse to stay down. You know this and it is causing you to get nervous about what happens in a few weeks at Final Round. I’m coming for that title and it scares you.” -Cate Stiles

Stiles’s words did not go unanswered as Worth came down to the ring with The Diamond Peak leader Claudia Winter. Winter spoke for Worth and viewed the upcoming match in a different way.

“Cate Stiles, there is no doubting you are one of the best wrestlers in the world. But not the best. You’ve been succeeded by someone better, by Shannon Worth, and I think deep down you know that. We broke your leg and put you out of work for a year. Shannon knocked you out last week. But those weren’t desperation tactics. They were messages. Shannon Worth has defeated you, soundly, on multiple occasions like she has everyone else who challenged her. After she defeats you at Final Round she will be champion for two whole years. The MoW Champion is not afraid of you. Why would she be?” -Claudia Winter

Stiles and Worth shared an icy stare before the MoW Champion held up her title and left the right with Winter in tow. Stiles watched the champion leave, though her look of confidence had a growing mix of concern.

We Never Followed the Rules Anyway

The show saw a disruption when Cole Arcane defied MoW barring he and Rex Anarchy from the arena. Arcane arrived through the crowd and stormed the ring, wasting no time to trash his rival.

“I know the rules don’t apply to you, Rex! You are out there somewhere. Where? Lying in wait like the snake you are. I’ll cut off your head and bury it in the dirt. Rex Anarchy, your days are over.” -Cole Arcane

Tiger Johnson and security came out to escort Arcane from the ring. Arcane began to leave but Anarchy emerged from the crowd and tackled him. The two began brawling again until Johnson and crew could pull them apart.

The Iconoclast

Dezzy Nightshade came down to the ring with MoW’s newest talent, The Iconoclast. Nightshade formally introduced The Iconoclast to the MoW audience and gave him the microphone to explain his reasons for attacking Snarl last week.

“I decided to come here to MoW and align myself with someone who I appreciate for his ruthlessness. That’s Dr. Insidious, the MoW Champion. Together, Insidious, Dezzy, and myself will bring a new era of suffering to all of those fools backstage. The biggest fool of all? Snarl. You want Dr. Insidious. Not gunna happen. You’ll have to go through me first.” -The Iconoclast

Snarl came to the ring to confront The Iconoclast and accept the challenge while wasting no opportunity to call the MoW Champion a coward for hiding behind his new lackey.

Snarl vs. The Iconoclast w/Dezzy Nightshade

A referee entered the ring to make the match official and the two big brawlers wasted no time beating on each other.

The Iconoclast used a chokeslam on Snarl and though the MoW legend kicked out of a pin he was at the mercy of a continued assault. The Iconoclast beat down Snarl as Nightshade taunted Snarl from ringside. The Iconoclast ran toward Snarl for a corner cannonball senton but Snarl rolled away and used the opportunity for a comeback.

Snarl rallied an offense and had victory in his sights before Nightshade climbed the apron and yelled at him. Snarl casually pushed Nightshade off to the floor before dodging a sneak attack by The Iconoclast. Snarl powerbombed The Iconoclast before pinning him for the win.

Snarl stood victorious but was showing signs of damage from the battle. Snarl was about to leave the ring when the lights went out. The lights came back on and Snarl turned around to find the MoW Champion, Dr. Insidious, standing in the ring. The rivals had a tense staredown as Nightshade and The Iconoclast watched from outside the ring. Snarl pointed to the MoW Championship title around Insidious’s waist and then left the ring.

Thank You

The show closed with a special appearance by Hardcore Adam. Adam spoke about his career starting thirty years ago in SCSF and, in his words, the improbable success he attained as a professional wrestler.

You believed in me and know that I believe in you.” -Hardcore Adam
