Masters of Wrestling partied in Boston, MA with a championship match and more.

The show started with a match between Lucia Mendez and Kami King. Mendez was joined at ringside by Andre Jordan. King came out strong early in the match and kept Mendez on her heels. King went for a superkick, but Mendez dodged and quickly took King down with a neckbreaker. Mendez began a strong comeback and forced King into submission with a triangle hold.

The Rapid Fire Rebellion was shown outside in the parking lot, dissuading fans from supporting “fraudulent wrestling,” telling parents that the show was too violent for children, handing out free Rapid Fire Wrestling t-shirts, and suggesting people watch other wrestling programs. MoW Champion, Rex Anarchy, posed for photos with fans while carrying the RFW Titan Champonship belt instead of the MoW Championship belt. Mark and Tracy Blood came outside and confronted Anarchy and Witchmere. The Blood siblings argued with RFR over their disrespect of MoW, particularly because Anarchy is the current MoW Champion. The argument broke out into a parking lot brawl that was quickly broken up by police and arena security.

Larry Loudmouth welcomed the MoW Team Championship number one contenders, Killer Malone and Marty Anderson, to the ring. Loudmouth announced that the MoW Team Championships were going to be defended at the next show and asked Malone and Anderson about the current champions, “Badlands” Bill Stanton and The Convict. Anderson said that the current champions will do whatever they have to in order to keep those belts and said he can understand why. The MoW tag team scene is full of some of the toughest teams in the world and staying on top is difficult. But Anderson said that Stanton and The Convict have shown they can win matches by cheating but have yet to show they are champion material. Malone said that they see the opportunity to bring the titles home to a team that look and act like fighting champions. Malone put up a taped fist, showing Stanton and The Convict’s names written on it. Malone said he has a few knockout punches saved up for them and Anderson warned the champions that they were coming, and they mean business.

Kami King was walking through the backstage area, looking disappointed from her loss against Lucia Mendez. King was confronted by John Austin Baker, who was forceful in telling her that she needs to be more aggressive out in the ring. King yelled at Baker to leave her alone and stormed off. Baker called back to her that they need to be more prepared.

Cole Arcane came out to the ring and addressed the audience. Arcane said he and Snarl had a good thing going in their Fall Count Anywhere match and he was feeling good about his chances of winning the thing until Andre Jordan got involved. Arcane said he was not finished with Snarl just yet but wanted to level the playing field and then challenged Jordan to a match. Jordan came down to the ring and accepted the challenge.

Arcane and Jordan locked up in the middle of the ring. Jordan started off getting the best of Arcane in the early moments of the match but Arcane turned it out and began unloading his frustrations on Jordan. Jordan tried to flee the ring but Arcane threw him into the steel steps, the guard rail, and into a ring post on his return trip to the ring. Arcane had Jordan in position for a running bulldog when Snarl’s music began to play. Snarl came down to ringside and the distraction caused Jordan to get the upper hand and make a comeback. Arcane was able to make a comeback of his own and hit the running bulldog on Jordan. Arcane pinned Jordan for the victory. Following the match, Snarl teased climbing into the ring to confront Arcane, however, he pulled Jordan out of the ring and helped him backstage instead.

The main event saw MoW Champion Aurora Starkey defending her title against Shannon Worth. Worth came down to the ring with Claudia Winter supporting her at ringside. Worth started with an aggressive offense up front, eager to take down the champion. Starkey fought back by overpowering the challenger and nearly pinning Worth following a painful-looking backbreaker. Worth began to make a comeback after pulling Starkey’s top, propelling her face first into the turnbuckle. Worth was building momentum until Starkey surprised her with a huge back suplex. Claudia Winter got up on the ring apron to yell at Starkey before she could capitalize on the suplex. Starkey argued with her as Worth recovered. Worth tried for a spinning elbow behind Starkey’s back, however, the champion sensed her coming, dodged, and the elbow hit Winter on the chin, knocking her to the floor. Worth looked shocked, turned around, and ran right into a big boot by Starkey. Starkey covered for the pin and picked up a victory, successfully defending the MoW Championship.
